Return and Cancellation Policy:

Coach Sultan Abu Asida is keen to provide full support to his customers, and does his best to meet the requirements of his students. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from my store, you can contact us. We have provided you with a return and exchange policy according to the controls. Please keep your order number and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up the process of refunding your amount. Your request will be reviewed within a response period of at least 3 business days and we will notify you via email or mobile with the results. We reserve the right to extend the response time in exceptional cases with prior notice to you. We have facilitated the process for you through the following procedures:

Return policy for online courses:

The trainee has the right to get a full refund of the course fees within (2 days) from the date of payment. After two days, only half of the amount will be refunded or the course will be scheduled, where the request will be processed, the amount will be refunded and the student will be contacted within (5 days) from the date of the request.

If the trainee pays the training course fees before it starts (5 days), the amount will not be refunded to him. We apologize for not returning the amount, but the trainee can cancel the subscription with the ability to access all the training course content.


Return Terms:

We always strive to provide the highest levels of service. To benefit from our return and exchange policy, the following conditions must be met:

The original purchase invoice must be attached when initiating the return process.

The customer has the right to refund the value or exchange it for another course according to his choice, in accordance with the time period policy above.

When requesting a return or exchange, the request is subject to an inspection process by the administration to verify the return request, and the refund is approved after verifying that the case is consistent with the return policy.

To complete the return process, you must have a purchase invoice from our store, which will be sent to the customer’s email or via the WhatsApp registered with us.

Review your refund request:

In the event that the return or exchange is due to a technical defect, in this case we review and examine the request. If it becomes clear to us that the buyer has violated the terms and conditions of this policy and that the defect is the result of the buyer’s error, we have the right to reject the exchange or return request. Or the buyer bears the value of the damage.

To facilitate processing your request, please mention the request number, the name of the customer registered with us, and the name of the training course.

Return and Refund Policy:

Once we receive a refund request for a course, we will send you an email within at least (5) business days, to inform you that your request has been received, and we will also inform you whether your request has been accepted or rejected.

If approved, your request will be processed, and you can receive your refund to your original payment method. Your return must be initiated within at least (5) business days from the date of the return request.

If payment is made via one of the following methods (credit cards - Mada - Apple Pay), a bank fee for the cash return and any additional fees requested by the payment platform will be deducted from the total amount paid.

If the refund is not received, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is received.

Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:

Errors resulting from the customer entering incorrect data during the purchase process. The customer is fully responsible for selecting courses in the basket and entering any personal data or data required by the registration process.
